Celeste Woods is a Calgary-based, award-winning illustrator and multi-disciplinary artist. She is drawn to the dreamlike and the uncanny, spaces where symbolism and storytelling meet. Using analog and digital techniques, each piece is a self-contained world: familiar yet strange, grounded yet otherworldly. Her art weaves history and the natural world with folklore and fairy tale.

Outside her studio, she devotes much of her time to the steady rhythms of daily life shared with her husband, daughter, and very good dog. She finds her deepest sense of clarity and joy in nature.
